Dear Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner and that I can never get to heaven on my own, but I believe that you sent Your Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for my sins and that You raised Him from the dead to give me eternal life. So, today, I surrender my life to you. I confess you, Jesus, are my Lord and Savior. Come and live in my heart from here on out. Please come and fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me live for You. Amen!
